Our Venti option uses the programme as an effective management training and development tool.

All the flavour of our Grande option – helping young people to gain invaluable business skills that will give them a head-start in life – but with the added dimension of management training and development.

Handpick graduates or fast-track learners to be taken through business and coaching skills and they, in turn, will coach and mentor the young people through planning and running their business. The programme ensures that your staff participants learn how to apply coaching and mentoring – with tangible results. And, just like our Skinny option, team members also learn business skills and competencies that range from finances and budget through to resources and safety; from project management to communication and PR. This is an all-round learning experience for everyone who takes part.

Both fun and extremely hands-on, there is also the option of creating teams to add a competitive element and up the challenge.

Clearworth is currently working with EDF Energy as part of The Senior Management Development Programme. Here’s what two participants had to say about what they’ve learned so far:

"You certainly get as much out of this programme as you put in and one of the great things about it is that you can work with Clearworth on any particular areas where you need more work, or want to stretch yourself.
